I have been passionate about food all my life starting with a three day Albert Roux recipe that I created for my Mum at an early age. Since then I progressed through Masterchef in the Lloyd Grossman era and onto a long and varied career in food retail. This took me to the happy and heady heights of Head of Food Marketing at Marks and Spencer where amongst other things I was creating those by now famous "not just food..." ads. I left some 4 years ago to apply my expertise to smaller and more varied businesses. This resulted in many great experiences across the world working with wonderful people and being truly inspired by what is out there. I decided to start this blog so that I can share some of my thoughts and insights and hear what you have found out there that inspires you. Thank you for reading my blog.
