Geza Szocs – Printmaker

Geza Szocs Hungarian printmaker and curator. For more than three decades I have explored the language of printmaking through etching, embossing and experimental graphic processes. My work is inspired by memory, traces of human presence, architecture, landscape and the hidden layers of cultural history. Since 2009 I have also directed and curated programs at the Tower Gallery in Sopron, creating a meeting place for artists, exhibitions and graphic art.
